After successfully connecting to your Google Account and after confirming and giving all the necessary permissions and returning to the Rank Analytics Dashboard, there is no site profile in the Search Console and Analytics section to choose from.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting us and we regret the inconvenience caused.

Could you confirm if you’re using a GA4 property? If yes, the property would not appear in the Rank Math analytics dropdown since we do not support it yet.

Please create a Universal Analytics property and try reconnecting the Google account again to see if the issue gets fixed. Here’s a guide regarding it: https://rankmath.com/kb/using-ga4/

Let us know how that goes.

    Thank you.

    Hi again,

    Thank you for your answer
No, I do not use GA4.
However, I created a Universal Analytics property and tried again.
But the problem was not solved.

    Thanks.

    Hello,

Are you using Firefox or Safari by any chance?

If yes, can you please try this in Google Chrome? You can also try in an incognito window of Google Chrome.

Please reconnect the Google account in Google Chrome and see if the property is displayed:
    reconnect

Let us know how that goes.

    Thank you.

No, the problem was not solved.
Could this be due to a csf firewall in Direct Admin?

    Hello,

We might need to take a closer look at the settings.

Could you please add k*******@r*********** as a user in the Search Console and Analytics so our developer can check in more detail?

You can follow this guide to add a user in the Search Console:
    https://www.monsterinsights.com/docs/add-user-google-search-console/

To add a user Analytics: https://www.monsterinsights.com/docs/how-to-grant-user-access-in-google-analytics/

Then, edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

    Hi again,

Thank you for your excellent and unique support.
I have never seen such a commitment to support plugins.

Because you told me to back up the site; After backing up, I did not update the site anymore.
I wanted to ask, ‌ When can I update the site content.

    thank you

    Hello,

You can keep updating the content on your site. Also, can you please confirm if you have added k*******@r*********** as a user in the Search Console and Analytics?

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Hello,

Our developer got back to us and informed us that for the past few days, Google APIs is blocking all the requests made from the sites hosted on Linode’s Frankfurt region servers. These servers are sending some incorrect information that is leading to Google blocking their attempts to connect.

Google has already identified this issue and they are working on the fix. You can keep track of this issue here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/update-known-issue-december-20-2021-google_api_connection_fail/

This is a Site Kit plugin built by Google itself. Once the issue is fixed they’ll update the topic.

    I hope that helps.
