I can check that the WWW and non-WWW versions of your sitemap are still returning a 200 ok status.

Only one version should return 200 status and others should be redirected to it.

Once done, clear the cache of your site and remove all previously submitted URLs from the GSC account. Resubmit your main sitemap(sitemap_index.xml) and wait for Google to crawl your site.

I can check that the non-WWW and WWW, both versions of your sitemap are still returning a 200 status:

Please get in touch with your host as they will be able to implement the redirection correctly.

And Google does cache pages and there is no way to flush that. It is completely up to Google when they decide to crawl the site again and index the latest version.
