Hello,
Thank you for contacting us and we regret the inconvenience caused.
I checked the page’s source and there are two issues that I noticed.
1. The format of the og:image (social image) is .webp
whereas only jpeg, png, and gif image types are supported.
2. The dimensions of the image used are 318px X 460px whereas the recommended dimensions are 1200px X 630px.
Please make the above changes after clearing your website’s cache, test the page again and see if the issue gets fixed.
Let us know how that goes.
Thank you.
I do not mean this article, but this is the same for all articles, it appears on Facebook without problems, not the defect in the image
Hello,
I checked with Facebook Sharing Debugger, the preview is not displayed on Facebook as well because of the webp image.
webp image format is not supported by OpenGraph protocol, please use the og:image
of recommended dimensions 1200px X 630px and of the supported file type, only jpeg, png, or gif.
The images that you use should follow the Opengraph Standards.
Hope that helps.
Looking forward to helping you.
