Bing Delist Issues

Hello Rank Math Support Team,

I am facing a issue with Bing webmaster Tools..! My 2 domain got delisted from Bing search engines, 1 domain is new and other domain is 4-5 years old which was redirected/permanently move (Using 301 redirect) from another domain. Below is the Information about these 2 domain, which got deindex from bing search.

Domain 1: https://www.tipsprice.com/ (this is totally new website):

This domain is totally new, And at this domain you will not able to find any plagarism contents..! I mean i only published original content, which is written by me. I carefully followed the Bing Webmaster Guidelines rules, But unfortunately this domain got delisted from Bing Search results. If i use the site explorer tool on Bing webmaster account then i got 1 guidelines issues, Please see the below attachment photo:

Domain 2: https://www.mkfact.com/ (This domain is 4-5 years old):

This domain is 4-5 years old, And also at this domain you will not able to find any plagarism contents..!. This domain/website previous name was https://www.cartdela.com/ , i mean cartdela.com is redirected to mkfact.com (using 301 permanent redirection). If i use the site explorer tool on Bing webmaster account then i got Some Urls with Malware issues, I scan my website with wordfence plugin and not found any malware issues, Please see the below attachment photo:
