Decrease in SEO Rankmath score When we add accurate title in Focus Keyword

    Need guidance regarding #RankMath SEO Score.

    Case 1:
    Title: Excel SORTBY Function
    Focus Keyword Used: SORTBY
    Rank Math Score: 72

    Case 2:
    Title: Excel SORTBY Function
    Focus Keyword Used: SORTBY Function
    Rank Math Score: 48

    Why is there a decrease in SEO Rankmath score between case 1 to case 2, when we add the word “Function”, in the focus keyword?
    In fact we expected an increase in ranking in case 2 when compared to case 1, as additional accurate information is taken from the title and has been set for case 2 focus keyword.

    Can anyone please help us out in resolving/ suggestion regarding this issue.

    This is completely normal.

    It just means that the post uses SORTBY much more frequently than SORTBY Function

    We look for the exact match of SORTBY Function. You need to look at the failed tests to determine what you need to fix.
