However, please note that Rank Math only adds missing ALT attributes for images added in post or page content(inside the content editor), it will not do so for images used in headers, sidebars, footers, etc, and the images added using other plugins.

I’ve checked the page using our External SEO Analyzer, and the image does not contain alt attributes is only the gravatar.
You would need to add the ALT attributes manually on your images through the WordPress media section as Rank Math’s Add ALT attributes feature only applies to images added to the content directly like my colleague mentioned above.
