    Hi Charles,

    Thank you for getting in touch. I am really sorry for the trouble this must have caused.

    Can you please open the following link if you are using a single site setup of WordPress?
    website.com//wp-admin/admin.php?page=rank-math-registration

    and for multi-site:
    website.com/wp-admin/network/admin.php?page=rank-math

    If that doesn’t help, please disable the plugin and reactivate it again. You would notice this icon:
    https://i.rankmath.com/qlNOzb

    Clicking that should open the setup wizard of the plugin.

    Please let me know if that helps.

    P.S: The website logins you shared do not seem to be working.

    Hi Todd,

    I did follow up on the advice, but it still shows an error “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

    Restarted the plugin and tested accessing both URL you showed above but still the same error.

    Hi Charles,

    I think there is some issue with your installation.

    I can’t see Rank Math in the list of plugins:
    null

    I can’t even access the network panel:
    https://domain.com/wp-admin/network/

    I am getting a permission error even there.

    Please remove the plugin and install it network-wide.

    It should work fine then.
