Thanks for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
I was able to check that the location had no listings assigned to it. Rank Math has an option to Noindex Empty Category and Tag Archives that is enabled by default. I have disabled it from WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Global Meta and now the URL is set as index.
