Assuming you’ve already enabled the sitemap from Rank Math > Sitemap Settings > [CPT_Name], could you please share the CPT name along with the sitemap/website URL so that we can have a closer look at the issue?
Also, please follow the below steps and see if that fixes the issue:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

I checked and was able to replicate that the sitemap is not added.
Could you confirm if you followed the steps mentioned in my previous reply? If not, then please follow them and see if that fixes the issue.

This usually happens if the sitemaps are cached along with the other page on your website.
If you face this issue again, exclude the sitemap from caching and clear the cache:

It seems like you’ve removed the logins from the sensitive data section.
However, please add the below filter in your theme’s functions.php file to avoid any possible caching from the plugin:
add_filter( 'rank_math/sitemap/enable_caching', '__return_false');
