Hi team, about two months ago, my site traffic drop significantly, at first I thought it was due to Google’s core update and because I was also dealing with some school stuff, I didn’t have time to look into it. I took some time at the end of last month to check what happened and discovered that all my URLs have been removed from search engines. I have tried checking my robot.txt and sitemaps and they both look ok. I have submitted the sitemap again and published a few articles. But I noticed even though search console says it discovered all my links and Indexed, only a number of them are on Google. Most of my ranking posts are nowhere to be found even if I paste the exact title or URL in the search. Bing on the other hand isn’t picking any of my links. I’m really confused and not sure what else to try.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

A decrease in traffic can be due to many reasons, and one of the most common reasons is that Google multiple times in a month, releases Google Algorithmic updates, and these updates hit many websites causing a temporary decrease in rankings which leads to a decrease in traffic.

Here is a guide that can help you with it: https://rankmath.com/blog/google-algorithm-update-recovery/

However, could you also, please check the coverage report under your Google Search Console account to see if there are any errors shown, that might be causing the issue?

To increase your traffic organically, you can optimize your keywords. Here are few articles that might come in handy to understand it:

As for Bing, I checked the URL on Bing bots and your site is giving a 200 okay status:

You could also try to resubmit your sitemap by following the steps below:

    1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

    2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/

    3. Clear your browser and website’s cache.

Once done, please re-submit the main sitemap on Google, and be patient as Google can take its own time to reflect the changes.

Please let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you further.

    Thank you
