Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
If you have checked for conflicts using the Health Check plugin and the standard theme along with the activated Rank Math plugin is also giving a blank page, then it might be possible that you have a static file with the same name as your sitemap file (sitemap_index.xml).
In this case, you should FTP into your server and remove that particular file.
Post that, check if the issue is resolved?

We fixed the problem, the problem was a preloaded url in perfmatters. Thanks a lot!
Other question:
We have a lot of attributes in our shop. In the Setup Wizard we get the option to add all Public Taxonomies in the sitemap, should we do this? Is it better for our products to be found?

Last question:
Is it enough to only add sitemap_index to Google Search Console, or do we need to add the sitemaps too? For example the landing page, HTML Blocks sitemap etc.

These pages are considered thin content if they don’t have unique content as they might exhaust your website’s crawl budget. However, this is a case-to-case basis, and that is completely optional if you wanted to include your product attributes in your sitemap.

When you submit the Sitemap Index (sitemap_index.xml) to the search engine, they can automatically pull out all the sitemaps on your website so that you don’t have to submit each sitemap manually.

1 small question:
Why can’t I see that I am connected to search console? I can not see the Search Console button at the left side (as in the tutorial movies I saw) and I can not see the option Search Console in my dashboard to enable or disable.

We don’t have a separate tab for Search Console since version 1.0.49 as it is now part of the Analytics Module. You can check all the stats in WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Analytics.
To connect your GSC and GA account, please navigate to WP dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics.
