I remember I had a problem with the payment and it showed a storage error after the payment was completed. Then it went straight back to paypal and showed that the payment was successful. It may have something to do with this issue. Please check

FastSpring has frozen my money and the processing rights are with him. I can only wait for fastspring to process.

That’s a limitation not imposed by us but rather by PayPal in this case and it might be because of the compliance checks that need to be done both from PayPal and FastSpring on your account before proceeding with the payment.
