sitemap_index.xml error

    My site does not show me the index of the sitemap.

    I already applied the permanent links and the index still does not show.

    just show individually. for examples /post-sitemap.xml and category-sitemap.xml buy not index.

    Can you please follow these steps?

    1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

    2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

    If the issue persists, please share your website URL so we can further inspect it from our end.

    Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

    It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    Apparently they do not find the solution to this index problem. I will have to use Yoast SEO because it does show it.

    Hello,

    We deeply apologize for the inconvenience.

    After further troubleshooting by following this guide, the issue persists, even with only Rank Math and the default theme is enabled.

    There must be a physical sitemap file present in your website’s directory and you need to delete it for Rank Math to generate its virtual sitemap.

    If you wish for us to further investigate this issue, please share your FTP login and we will help you resolve this.
