Empty sitemap.xml

    Hi there,

    I’m having issue with my website’s sitemap. https://visaexpress.com/sitemap_index.xml
    It’s blank, but if I disabled RankMath, it became 404 page. I checked the source code, it’s not blank. I also flush the Sitemap cache, but still won’t work. Can you please help me to figure what is wrong and how to fix it? Thank you

    Hello,

    Thanks for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Can you please follow these steps?
    1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
    https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp

    2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
