I logged into your website’s admin area and upon investigating, I found that the plugin “Advanced Custom Fields PRO” is conflicting and causing the issue. Please have a look at the screencast in the sensitive data section of this ticket.

The version of ACF PRO that you are using is from January 2019 which is almost 3 years old.
Please update that plugin to the latest version and then see if the SEO score displays fine on your website.
