Regarding the upload issue, I checked your server’s configuration and there are some PHP values that are too low and which you should increase. You can get in touch with your web host and ask them to set the following values:
PHP Memory Limit: 512M
Max input time: 150
PHP time limit: 120
PHP max input variables: 1000

Once done, please try uploading the file again and see if that helps.
The social media posts link can’t be detected too when adding any of it on any post.
I checked a few posts on your website and the social image that you’ve set has lower than recommended dimensions.
The recommended dimensions for the social image are 1200px X 630px. Please set the social image of the recommended dimensions and see if that fixes the issue.

I did an update regarding the PHP value, but the problem remains the same.
For the meta description, when I add the keyword and meta description and do save the draft, the keyword and meta description just disappear!
You can check this with the drafted article, not on the posted one,
For the social post, I was referring to posting from other people’s Instagram on my own post by adding a link, normally the plugin should display the content on the link. but it didn’t.
Can you please recheck this, I’ll really appreciate it.

Could you please try uploading the image in an incognito/private window of a web browser like Google Chrome and see if that helps?
