Hello,
Thank you for contacting us and we regret the inconvenience caused.
Could you please share the email ID you used to purchase the Business subscription of Rank Math?
Also, could you confirm if you’ve already followed the below steps:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp
2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
If yes, assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Here is a video you can follow as well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FcIWRhcUP2c
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
Please let us know how that goes.
Hi,
Please find the details
“Could you please share the email ID you used to purchase the Business subscription of Rank Math?”

I have already tried point 1 & 2 and still I am getting the issue even now. Regarding your 3rd point to troubleshoot by disabling all plugin expcet rankmath and then enable plugin one by one to see the conflict, so will it affect our clients ? Will they see suddnly some page component missing and reappearing (as we are enabling disabling plugin and plugin are used in frontend for different purpose for ex Contact Form etc?
Please respond asap. I can share our area details if you want to check the issue directly on server ?
I request you to please check our server as I have shared the server details. I noticed rankmath team for a client tried to investigate the issue self by login into their area.

We are business plan subscriber of Rankmath so I expect Rankmath support desk to assist us by login into our area and checking the issue instead of us checking it.
Hello,
Thanks for the access.
Although you had enabled the Sitemap module, you had not enabled either the post or page sitemaps which is why you were getting a 404.
I have enabled them from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings > Posts/Pages.
Now, the sitemap files are working fine.
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
Thank you.
