Can not determine my RankMath account used earlier

    Hello Support,

    I’ve installed RankMath on my site more than a year ago. It works fine.
    Today I tried to login to my RankMath account. After many tried I found my email and username used, reset the password, got in but do not see my website listed on the account. The site, however, is connected and is working fine.
    I tried logging in under other email addresses (nope), I tried logging in with Google and Facebook – they worked but lead to the same profile, as the first time.
    Could you please help and find out under which RankMath account my website is currently running?
    I do not need any login information for that account, just a hint, like the first letter of the email used.

    I’ll leave you the domain of the site in question in the Sensitive Data area.

    Unfortunately, we can’t find that either.

    We only started adding websites to user profiles recently. We have changed the authentication method a few months back as well.

    So, I request you to update Rank Math, disconnect your account and reconnect using the new method.

    Then, you will be able to see the website in your profile on RankMath.com correctly.
