Divi builder error when rank math plugin is activated

    Dear support,

    when I try to set up a new post or product in woocomerce or if I change an existing post or product in woocomerce, and when I change the visibility od the post or product from publish to private or private to public I get this error ( your save has failed), also the visibility is automatically set up to public, although I set it up to private ( this error happened if I work on a new post/product or if I update an existing post/product)

    This issue just appear if rank math is activated. When I disable rank math, this error is gone and I can set up a new Post/product or work on an existing post/product.

    I just have divi theme activated and rank math, the rets of the plugin are completely deactivated and the issue is still there.

    Divi theme version: 4.14.2
    Rankmath version: 1.0.78

    This is a known bug that happens only in Firefox. However, even in Firefox, the popup shows that your save has failed but the changes made to the page will be saved.

    Hi I just tried to add a product in safari, the same issue, in Crome the same issue, I get the error and every time I tried to set up the product in private jump back to public and all the changes, infos I gave disappear..

    what can I do?

    If the changes are not saving, please check if you have any firewall as there are chances that it will prevent saving the data.

    The changes are saving without Rankmath activated fine. And there are no Firewall Blocks to the specified Files like in the Guide you send me.

    I tried to access the website but the access was blocked.

    As for your message in the sensitive data section, our team is distributed around the world and we use dynamic IPs, so even if you whitelist the IP now when we get back to the ticket our IP might already have changed.

    You can whitelist India, Portugal, and the Philippines so that we can investigate the issue further.

    We tried to replicate the issue but when we tried to save any information inside a page built with Divi everything was working as expected: https://i.rankmath.com/GSE3IV

    If this is happening on a specific page let us know which one so we can debug that one.

    The changes are getting saved even when the popup appears about the Your Save Has Failed. So you can ignore the popup for now as we are working on resolving this and will let you know once this is fixed.
