subscription not reocurring

    Hi,

    I had a subscription for rank math pro and subscribed for what I believed was a reoccurring subscription as soon as rank math pro was released.
    Today my site didn’t update and on checking it looks like the subscription has been cancelled even though I didn’t do this.

    Can I get the subscription reinstated at the price I paid (If I had known this was to be cancelled or stopped then I would of course taken advantage of Black Friday and other deals you have sent out with the bette pricing).

    The subscription was likely canceled due to failure to pay the fee for this year.

    In this case, what we recommend is that you make the new purchase through our website here: https://rankmath.com/pricing

    The price of the subscription is still the same one that you paid originally in November last year.

    I still have the PayPal subscription active so I am not sure why this has been cancelled or the fee not paid.

    But we can see you made another payment.
