Sorry to disappoint you but we do not have an option to change the name of the sitemaps.
With that being said, the name of the index sitemap of Rank Math is based on one of the most commonly used patterns.
However, if you wish, you can set up redirections from your desired URL to the URL of index sitemap of Rank Math so that the sitemap can be accessed from that URL also.
