  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

This is very odd, could you please check the kind of coverage errors that are reported on your search console dashboard and get back to us with the info?

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

I have checked from some online testing tools and one suggests that you site might be penalized. Could you reach out to Google support about this to be sure?

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

its always easy to throw problem to one company to another isnt it ? 🙂

i did wrote to community support forums on google before i open topic in here but they also blamed you as the reason of penalization

can you give exact link for google support because they dont ve direct reach except wall of text support sections, you should ve know that if you work for a seo plugin.

    Hi there,

Thank you for getting back to us.

If you have already contacted the community support forum then we may need to investigate this further.

I have checked your robots.txt file and you have multiple sitemaps defined using the www and non www version of your website. Could you please delete the rest and only leave the sitemap_index.xml file for the version of your website that has been verified on the search console?

    Thank you.

thats something new i did after index is gone

    Hi Robin,

As per ahrefs, you have lost all your rankings back in September:
    https://i.rankmath.com/pmEqMH

Although there are no manual actions on your website, it could be caused due to an algorithm update.

There was a core update back in september:
    https://blog.searchmetrics.com/us/google-core-update-2019-september/

We wish we could help with this but if you get your website audited by anyone – you will see that Rank Math is doing its job correctly and adding the proper SEO tags to your website as per your preference.

If you aren’t sure if you setup everything correctly, I highly recommend going through the following guide to set up the plugin completely and correctly:

    and

I hope that helps. Please let me know if there’s anything I can help you with.

thank you, i think i changed permalinks of woocommerce which i did activate from rankmath options and it killed index i think…

how long it can take to index back ?

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

The indexing process can take from a couple of days to some few weeks. We cannot really give an exact estimate since search engines will assign a custom crawl budget to each website.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
