Please make sure that the Include in Sitemap option is enabled in WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings > Web Stories. If it is then please follow these steps:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

The web story sitemap is showing correctly in the sitemap index. Please take a look at this screenshot:
It seems like an issue with your browser cache, please delete your browser cache or try a different browser/incognito window and visit the sitemap page.
