  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

I’ve checked your site, and it seems that Google is already seeing your homepage.

    Index

Please ensure that you have already submitted your sitemap to your Google Search Console account.

Meanwhile, here’s a link for more information about this issue:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/google-index/

    I hope that helps.

    Thank you.

Hello i see and follow the steps but the other pages are not indexing https://ibb.co/mG1xyfd

    Hello,

We would love to help you further.

I checked your sitemap on the sitemap validator tool, and your sitemap had no errors.

I also checked the sitemap for https status, and it gave a 200 ok status code.

Please note, the noindex tag is added to the sitemaps on purpose, and you shouldn’t change that.

It is added so that the sitemap itself doesn’t get included in the Google search index.

The sitemaps are intended to be crawled by the search engines, but not get indexed on the SERPs.

We hope this information helps. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us, if you need help with anything else.

    Thank you

But how can I do to index the other pages because only homepage is index. And the other pages are with index option activate.

    Hello,

There are a few things you must check for in order to see why the posts aren’t getting indexed.

    1. Make sure the post is not selected as ‘noindex’ in WP > Posts > Your Post > Advanced Tab in Rank Math.
    Screenshot:

    Individual Post Advanced Tab

    2. Ensure that the noindex is not selected for Global or Posts meta:

    Noindex Settings

    3. Check the sitemap settings and check if the posts are setup to be included in the sitemaps:

    Post Settings

Please note that it is completely upto Google if they want to index or not index your website. So, if you haven’t willingly or accidentally made your posts noindex and Google still isn’t indexing your page – it means that either Google doesn’t want to index or hasn’t crawled your page yet because it hasn’t allocated that much crawl budget to your website.

Please check this website for more details.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

Hello i checked everthing and still other pages ina my site dont index

    Hello,

I checked the sitemap, two variations of the sitemap are returning 200 status, you can check using https://httpstatus.io/:
    sitemap

Please ensure that only 1 version of the sitemap is working (200 status), and the rest are redirecting to it.

Please follow the steps in this link:
https://rankmath.com/kb/couldnt-fetch-error-google-search-console/#5-check-for-the-correct-version-of-the-sitemap and redirect to the correct version.

Once done, clear the website cache and resubmit the sitemap_index.xml in the Search Console.

However, please note that the crawling and indexing of the website depends on the authority and crawl budget of the website and it is completely upto Google if they want to index or not index your website.

I hope that helps. Please let us know if there’s anything else you need our assistance with.

    Thank you.
