I logged into your website’s admin area but I was unable to replicate any issues in saving the data.
However, it seems like the data that you’re referring to is the auto-generated snippet/description. This is generated based on the settings defined under Rank Math > Titles & Meta > [Post Type Name] > Single Description.
Since the description is auto-generated, it is not possible to modify them directly. You can copy the description from your content and paste it into the meta description field to be able to edit it.

I found out the bug. I use Gutenberg Editor. It is possible to enter a text excerpt in Gutenberg’s post settings. I forgot because it was a couple of weeks ago. Rank Math takes exactly this Gutenberg text excerpt into its snippet description. And once RankMath has this text in the description, it is forever and ever. It is absolutely impossible to remove this text in Rank Math. I tried everything and tried all the advice from Bhanu and the support and thank you for that by the way. I was so desperate that I decided to uninstall RankMath. Now only the Gutenberg settings were left and I opened them. And that’s why I »coincidentally« rediscovered the excerpt that I had written there and deleted it. After I installed RankMath again, the beginning of the post was taken over, as usual. If I want to have a different text excerpt for the RankMath snippet, I have to modify it in the Gutenberg Editor. Holy Moly !!! Maybe you already knew all of this, but for me it’s the highlight of the day. Thank you again for your support, and kindly regards, Barbara
