Please disable the Firewall or if you have geo-restrictions, you can temporarily disable them for India, Portugal, and the Philippines to further investigate this issue.
As you have already checked the wp-config and functions.php file, it would seem like a conflict with the theme or plugins.

After conducting a plugin/theme conflict troubleshooting I noticed your theme is conflicting with Rank Math’s sitemap generation as you can see my screencast in the Sensitive Data section.
Please contact the support folks from your theme provider and ask if they have encountered this issue before. See if they may be able to provide a working solution as well.
