Post SEO meta data not updating

Hi,
Having an odd one today! My clients site won’t update the meta title or description changes when we “update” the page. In WP they show as ok the first time they are saved, but if you go back into the “all Posts” and view the meta it still shows the old version, and if you go back into the post the old version is back.

This is one page in question where we have tried to update the SEO Description – https://www.hallandpartners.com/thinking/blog/all-product-and-not-enough-purpose-steals-the-emotion-of-christmas/

The correct meta description should be – “Retailers are in full sales mode this year. The Christmas displays are in stores in full, sparkling glory and many of the big retailers and brands have launched their advertising earlier than ever.”

Google displays the correct meta in search – https://www.google.com/search?q=Xmas+ads+2021%3A+All+product+and+not+enough+purpose+steals+the+emotion+of+Christmas&oq=Xmas+ads+2021%3A+All+product+and+not+enough+purpose+steals+the+emotion+of+Christmas&aqs=chrome..69i57j69i60.375j0j4&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8

But when we share the page on Social (Twitter – https://cards-dev.twitter.com/validator), the meta card is not updated and shows the old description.

Cache cleared on server, is there something else in RankMath/Elementor/WP that needs doing?

Any ideas?
