Please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database tools > Flush SEO analysis data and Remove Rank Math Transients, then check SEO analysis page again.

Please note that some options are only available when you enable the Advanced Mode in Rank Math. If it’s not showing, you must have chosen to use the Easy Mode. Please follow the steps in this link to switch to Advanced Mode:

I tested your site using the Rank Math External SEO Analyzer tool and it didn’t show a duplicate H1 heading issue this time.

It seems like a caching issue. If you are using a cache plugin then kindly purge the site cache, remove browser cache, and check again. You can also try a different browser.

If you are not using any such plugin then contact your hosting to inquire if they are using any server-side caching.
