To troubleshoot it, I installed the Health Check Plugin and ran a theme/plugin conflict check and noticed a theme conflict.
The current Lay Theme that you are using on your website is causing a conflict with our plugin.
Although, any theme or plugin will work with Rank Math if they are using WordPress’s Codex.
However, please note that some plugins/themes are not yet fully compatible with content analysis in Rank Math.

thanks for your quick response and your tips. I try to contact them, but I dont understand what to write the “Theme-Designers”… because the older Version works fine with the theme and when I update it, the Plugin struggles. I dont knwo anything about your business, but for me it looks like I change your plugin and then it changes the function.
Or am I wrong in my mind/thinking? 🙂

Hello,
As the theme is restricting the SEO Meta Box of Rank Math from expanding, the issue is coming from the theme’s end.
I’ve created a full screencast of the troubleshooting process and added it to the sensitive data section of this ticket. You can show the screencast to the theme developers and they would be able to fix the issue.
