Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
I checked the URLs shared by you using Google’s Rich Result tool.
The missing mainentity error
, is due to invalid FAQ items.
Here is a screenshot for your reference: ![](https://d.pr/xDKYqq+)
To fix the error, please edit your FAQ Schema.
Please follow the steps from our Knowledge Base on FAQ schema:
https://rankmath.com/kb/faq-schema-block/
Please let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you further.
Thank you
Hello Support,
We are not using FAQ blocks on Rank math. We are using a custom plugin for creating FAQs
Also we are not using block editor and after creating faq schema that is duplicated and I can not delete the duplicate now
Hello,
Thanks for the additional information. To delete the duplicate schema for the time being, you can either disable the said plugin and clear the cache or remove the FAQ Schema from our plugin?
See if that works?
Meanwhile, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
![Sensitive Data Section](https://i.mythemeshop.com/SphEG0+)
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Thank you
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
I shared wp admin users but I would like you to use that for only readonly and let me know if any change is needed so that I can do the same
Hello,
Thanks for the additional information.
I looked at your site and noticed that you have a Global FAQ Schema template on your FAQ pages.
I’d request you to delete the Global schema by navigating to FAQ > Edit FAQ > Rank Math Analytics > Schema > click the delete schema option. So that only one FAQ schema can be recognized.
Here is a screenshot for your reference:

Also, could you please share with us, which email address was used to make the PRO purchase because you have PRO features on your website?
Please let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you further.
Thank you
Yes we have pro version installed I will ask client about email used for that
I will do the changes and let you know.
Ok so I deleted the global schema from this faq
https://www.animascoaching.com/our-knowledge/faqs/how-much-do-life-coaches-make/ but it’s still showing issue on Google rich result.
Can you check please
Hello,
After further troubleshooting, I noticed that the Global Schema Template is not set properly. Please remove them from all the FAQ pages.
Also, you are showing under the Free users, despite having your account optimized with PRO.
Could you please disconnect your account and reconnect it by navigating to
WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help > Disconnect and Reconnect to your PRO account.
That should help reflect your account under PRO, and we’ll be able to guide you in the PRO forum.
We hope this information helps. Looking forward to helping you further.
Thank you
Hello Support,
I connected using the pro account now and I am unable to delete the schema it just reappears after being deleted.
Please look into this please
Hello,
I tried to log in to your website but the login credentials seem to be incorrect.
However, I was able to check that the Firewall is blocking the updateMeta
route which is used to save the data.
![firwall](https://i.rankmath.com/kkWoAD+)
Please whitelist this route from the Firewall:
/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta
You can follow this guide to Whitelist the route:
https://in.godaddy.com/help/allow-access-to-a-file-or-folder-that-shows-an-access-denied-security-warning-32305
If you face any issues, I’ll suggest you get in touch with Godaddy support and ask them to whitelist the route.
You can check this link for more information:
https://rankmath.com/kb/meta-data-not-saving/#firewall
Whitelisting the route should fix the issue.
If the issue persists, please open a new ticket with the email you purchased the PRO subscription and share the correct login credentials of your website in the sensitive data section of that ticket.
We look forward to helping you.
