    Hi, I had subscription to Pro but it seems my account didnt renew automatically and in dashboard it shows as free account. My account had higher limit for keyword tracking but new plan seems to have less features

    If your payment details are right, FastSpring automatically retries the charge 1, 3, and 5 days after a declined rebill.

    Make sure you have enough balance including VAT/Tax for a smooth payment process.
