    Hello Rank math team,
    Hope you are well, I’m using your plugin for long, but today I go to the sitemap link to check my sitemap but its not showing me my sitemap. I checkout from the your plugin tool too. but I didn’t get. Can you please tell me what it’s happening> is there is any bug in your plugin? Have a nice day.

    Hello,

    Thanks for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    I can check that your sitemap is working fine. Please clear your site & browser’s cache and check again. If the issue persists then please follow these steps:
    1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

    2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

    That should fix the issue. Please let me know if that does not. We are here to assist.

    I had to use another plugin for site map and your link redirection is also not working. You should check this things properly hope you will find it out.

    Hello,

    This usually happens when the sitemap is cached along with the other pages on your website.

    If you wish to use the Rank Math sitemaps in the future, please make sure that the sitemaps are excluded from caching.
