Payment deducted but Rank Math Pro not purchased

    Hi Support Team,

    I have purchased Rank Math pro recently and $499 has been deducted from my account but my account isn’t created. What do I do now, Please Help me😭.

    Thank you so much for getting in touch.

    We do not see any payment from your account. All the transactions have been cancelled and none of the payments went through.

    Please ensure that your payment method supports the following:

    – Payments in USD $
    – Supports subscription-based payments
    – You are not using a prepaid card
    – International payments are turned on

    If everything from the above is enabled and working, you can also try using a credit card instead.

    You can also call your bank and ask what’s stopping the payment to go through and request them to approve it on your end.
