Can’t update payment method

    I apparently bought Rank Math pro last year but did not use it. I got a payment update email today that said my card did not work. I would like to buy pro now with the discount and will use it. The update payment email was not sent. Should I just open a new account and purchase pro or will that screw things up more? Thanks

    If your payment details are correctly setup, you will be able to renew your subscription automatically.

    But if the renewal failed, FastSpring our payment processor will automatically retry to the charge you after 3 and 5 days after a declined rebill. This occurs until the charge is successful, or the overdue subscription is canceled. If payment overdue notifications are configured, FastSpring retries the charge immediately before sending each notification.

    You don’t need to create a new account, we will automatically add the current offer to your account after the renewal process.
