    Can you please give us admin access to your site? With the account, you added in the Sensitive Data Section, I couldn’t check the Rank Math & Post Settings.

    Thanks for your feedback. I hope you can find the bug. I don’t have any more explanations of what this could be related to and I would very much like to keep Rank Math and not switch to Yoast.

    Hello,

    Can you also add your site’s FTP access in the Sensitive Data Section so we could further debug this issue by enabling the WP_DEBUG? I see the Rank Math rest route which is used to update the metadata is showing not exists error although the route code exists. For now, I’ve disabled the Sidebar code on your site by adding the following code in your theme’s functions.php file:
    add_filter( 'rank_math/gutenberg/enabled', '__return_false' );

    You can now update the Rank Math metadata from the Metabox.

    Our IT has now found a solution. The error was caused by a code snippet in the htaccess. The code snippet was installed to optimize the page speed.

    Now RankMath works perfectly again. Is there anything else you think we should consider?
