1). This may suggest that you Rank Math WooCommerce settings may be affecting your single product URLs. Could you please head over to Rank Math > General Settings > WooCommerce > Remove Base and disable this option?
2). For the SEO analysis error, you can easily fix this by heading over to WP dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Tools > Flush SEO analysis and click on this button.
