  • Hello,

Thanks for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

I can check that you are using the JNews theme. This issue is related to the Schema being added by the theme. Please navigate to WP Dashboard > Appearance > Customizer > JNews : JSON LD Schema Setting > Schema Setting and disable the JSON LD Schema option.

If you want to keep using your theme’s Schema then please add a logo in WP Dashboard > Appearance > Customizer > JNews : JSON LD Schema Setting > Homepage.

Once done, clear the cache of your site and check it with Google’s Rich Results Test.

The issue should be resolved after that. Let us know if it doesn’t. We are here to assist.

I followed up with this settings: If you want to keep using your theme’s Schema then please add a logo in WP Dashboard > Appearance > Customizer > JNews : JSON LD Schema Setting > Homepage.

but i still get the same error:

i’ve tried also to do the first solution but it didnt work ! :
WP Dashboard > Appearance > Customizer > JNews : JSON LD Schema Setting > Schema Setting and disable the JSON LD Schema option.

I’ve added login account for you, so that you could check that!

    Hello,

I have enabled the JSON LD Schema of your theme and if you check with just the code then the Schema is validating fine now:

It seems like your site is getting heavily cached. Please clear the cache of your site and validate the fix in GSC.

The issue should be resolved after that.

Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to your update.

    Thanks.
