Could you please see if you’ve selected the No Index option for the Post Robots Meta under Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Posts? If yes, you can select the Index option to fix the issue.
If that’s not the case, then please head over to your WordPress admin area > Settings > Reading, and see if the Discourage search engines from indexing this site option is enabled. If yes, please uncheck that option to fix the issue.
