Please head over to your WordPress admin area > Settings > General, and see if the WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) have the URL with HTTPS or HTTP.
If it is HTTP, then you can update it to HTTPS, and that should update the URL in the sitemap settings.

Would you please check what are the values for site_url and home in the wp_options database table from phpMyAdmin and try to add HTTPS?
Please add your domain with HTTPS in both fields like this: https://yourdomain.com.

As i mention before when changing it to HTTPS my site crashed.

Could you please edit your website’s wp-config.php file? Please attempt to enter the following line and see if this fixes the issue:
define('WP_HOME','https://example.com');
define('WP_SITEURL','https://example.com');
If the issue persists, you may need to ask your hosting provider for this as they are in the best position to fix the protocol issue of your website’s URLs.
Also, please conduct a full backup of your website and its database before further troubleshooting the issue.
