Getting white screeen from sitemal url!

    I am using the free version of Rank Math. I have checked everything and followed your steps from other people’s threads. BUt still getting a white screen from sitemap URL.

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    I logged into your website’s admin area and was able to replicate the issue.

    I tried to test if this is caused by a conflict but the Health Check plugin is not working properly on the website.

    In this case, we might need to manually disable the plugins and the theme to check the issue.

    Alternatively, you can create a staging website and replicate the issue there and share its logins so that we can perform the troubleshooting there and your live website doesn’t get affected by the troubleshooting.

    Please also share the FTP logins so that we can investigate further.

    I checked and figured out that the issue is being caused by your theme TheGem. If you switch to a default theme then your sitemap is working fine.

    Please contact the support team of your theme and they will be able to resolve the issue.
