This usually happens when the sitemap is cached along with the other pages on your website.
Please exclude the sitemaps from caching from the caching plugin and Cloudflare by following this guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
Also, add this filter in the theme’s functions.php file:
add_filter( 'rank_math/sitemap/enable_caching', '__return_false');
Then, clear the website and browser cache and check the sitemap.

I checked and the post-sitemap10 along with other sitemaps have 200 URLs.

If you’re still seeing 1000 URLs, then please clear your website and browser’s cache and see if that fixes the issue.
Also, after clearing the website’s cache, please remove all the sitemaps from your Google Search Console account, and then submit only the main sitemap (https://www.pantareinews.com/sitemap_index.xml).
Further, give Google some time to crawl your website again and see if the issue gets fixed.

The sitemaps, by default, are set to noindex as you do not want them to get indexed and appear in the search results.
The sitemap should only be submitted in the sitemaps sections and not in the URL Inspection Tool, the URL Inspection Tool will show the error as sitemaps by default are set to noindex.
