Enable Sitewide Canonical

Using RankMath and it seems the canonical tags aren’t showing up at all, even when directly placing the URL in the SEO options.

Is it possible for URL’s to have a self-referencing canonical? We have a lot of pages and even putting them on page by page is not ideal.

    Hi Jsaon,

Thanks for getting in touch with us.

Rank Math automatically adds a self canonical tag to your posts/pages/archives.

I will be happy to assist you with the issue you are facing.

It seems like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using. To determine that, can you please follow this troubleshooting guide?

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
