Hello,
Thank you for contacting us and we regret the inconvenience caused.
I tried to access the URL but it returns a 403 Forbidden error.
If you’ve placed geo-blocking, then please exclude India, Portugal, and the Philippines so that we can investigate further.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hi, you got blocked if you’re using an anonymous proxy or coming from China or Turkey. But rather India, nor Portugal, nor the Philippines are blocked from our side.
Hello,
I tried to access the website again but it returns the same 403 Forbidden error. I also got this checked with my colleague but the same error was returned.
You can have a look at the screencast in the sensitive data section of this ticket.
Please get in touch with your web host regarding this as they would be able to resolve this.
Once done, please let us know so that we can investigate further.
P.S. I’m not using any proxy and I’m accessing the website from India.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hello, to investigate this 403 issue, we need your IP address. Thanks
Hello,
Our team is distributed around the world and we use dynamic IPs, so even if you whitelist one particular IP now when we get back to the ticket our IP might already have changed.
If you wish for us to further check the issue, you can turn off the blocking software from your server temporarily so we can conveniently access your site. Turn it on again once this issue is resolved.
Looking forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Please try again, but first regularly, without the link provided in sensitive data. We had a little misconfiguration on our server. If it’s not working, then use the allow IP link and report which one worked for you. Thanks
Hello,
I checked your your twitter image links, and they are being loaded with relative links (links without the https:
part). This may be causing the Twitter card images to not load. I also tested the URL with the Facebook validator and received a warning that the og:image link is invalid: https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/?q=https%3A%2F%2Fimiblockchain.com%2Fblockchain-coding%2F
Please check your CDN and fix the links so that they start with https://
instead of just //
Hope that helps. Let us know if you have questions. We are here to help.
Ok, thanks for looking at it. We’ll check with our CDN provider.
Hello,
Always happy to help. Let us know how it goes.
Thank you.
