Hi
I can’t see the post score when I go to all the posts i.e. post dashboard.
When I edit some post, I can see score inside, but it goes away when I come back to dashboard.
Also, I enter meta description etc, which also goes away for some reason.
Am I missing something ?

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
If you imported the SEO data from another SEO plugin – it is normal to see N/A in the post list. The scoring script only runs when you open a post. Please open a post, make changes, see the correct score, save the post.
The score will then propagate to the Post List view as well.
P.S: Not to make any comparison but if you import to Yoast from another SEO plugin – the same thing happens.

It is a fresh installation. No import or anything.
I have been using Rankmath on my other websites and it has been fine there.
But this is the issue I have faced for the first time, not sure the reason and I noticed it just yesterday and I have edit and saved, but it hasn’t populated.
I can give credentials, if you would like to have a look. I have also scheduled few posts, but this seems a bit weird.

The
updateMeta
route is throwing a 404 error.Please take a backup of your
.htaccess
file and replace it with the default WordPress.htaccess
file. You can get the file here: https://wordpress.org/support/article/htaccess/You can follow this guide to edit the .htaccess file:
https://rankmath.com/kb/edit-htaccess/Then clear the website and browser cache and check again.
Also, make sure the
/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta
route is whitelisted in Firewall:

I did edit .htaccess right from the website, not sure what error you received.
I have added sftp access to sensitive data for you.
Also, it doesn’t seem to have worked.

I had a serious chat with my server guys i.e. wpengine.
As I have been using alongside for my emails, I have added this url to the page rule and have purged everything from cloudflare.
I have removed all cached and other bits.
So now, you have rest of the credentials as well.
Could you please have a fresh look and advise me accordingly?
