I thought this was already answered? Your website was hacked like others showing the same hacked content your website WAS showing.
Since your website was fixed somehow, those hacked pages turned into 404s.
Those 404s were picked by Rank Math since we have an inbuilt 404 monitor in the plugin.
Because those filenames were added to the 404 monitor – you are now seeing them in the database.
Rank Math is sound and secure. It is vetted by the capable people at WordPress.org and a hacked or hackable plugin never makes its way into the WordPress.org repository.

If the filenames are in rank_math_sc_analytics, that means it must be in your Google Search Console as well.
