Please exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

If that doesn’t work then you can also manually exclude your posts/pages in your sitemap, please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings > General. In the Exclude posts option, enter the post ID of the page

Once done, you can resubmit your sitemap in your Google Search Console account and give some time for Google to recrawl your site.
