Please check your site here: https://httpstatus.io for its status. The SEO analysis can only work if your site shows 200 OK status. If its okay, head over to Rank math > Status & Tools > Database Tools, remove transients and flush SEO analysis data then go on and Start SEO analysis again.
You can also check with our external analysis tool: https://rankmath.com/tools/seo-analyzer/ and let us know.

If the above does not solve your issue, and you’re using Cloudflare, make sure your Minimum TLS Version setting is TLS 1.2. If your current TLS setting is TLS 1.3 or higher, you will also get the above error.
To check and/or change your current Minimum TLS Version setting, go to:
Cloudflare > Dashboard > SSL/TLS > Edge Certificates > Minimum TLS Version
