    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Could you please check the following:
    1. Is the sitemap working fine in your browser? You can check that by going domain(.)com/sitemap_index.xml

    If the sitemap is working fine, you can try validating it on this link: https://www.xml-sitemaps.com/validate-xml-sitemap.html

    If the validation works, please move to the second point.

    2. Have you verified the correct version of your website on Google? Please check if you have verified the www (or non-www) and https (or http) version of your website. If there is a mismatch, please fix that.

    3. Finally, make sure you have cleared the cache and excluded Google bot from seeing a cached version of your sitemap.

    If you have followed these and you are able to view your sitemap without any problem, then Rank Math is outputting your sitemap correctly and the error must be coming from Google. You can try and use a 3rd party sitemap plugin to confirm. Just make sure you have disabled the Sitemap module of Rank Math in WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard when using a 3rd party sitemap plugin.

    If the other plugin works, please do let us know.

    Hi,
    Thanks for your response on my query.

    Yes I already checked the sitemap is all fine on the specified link of the search console, https://cnc.bpiae.com/sitemap_index.xml

    Yes I already checked the sitemap Validation on the following link
    https://www.xml-sitemaps.com/validate-xml-sitemap.html

    I verified that I am using the current version of the website on the Search console.

    I didn’t installed any cache plugins on WordPress, even i asked bluehsot to disable the cache entirely from server side. i also set cache level *Zero* on WordPress > Settings.

    yes i installed other sitemap plugin XML Sitemap that was also having HTML version of sitemap in it, but search console still respond the same, wintin some minutes after URL inspection it says that Discovered Not Indexed and the link is in sitemap. but after some hours it says Sitemap *N/A* and URL is Unknown to Google.

    I still can’t find the root cause of this issue.

    If u have any suggestions for me. Please guide me with it, i am using bluehost as WordPress Hosting Server. Am doing Good off Page SEO but still no crawl until today.

    Hello,

    I checked your site in Google Search and 7 pages have already been indexed by Google:

    You can check that by using site:yourdomain.com in Google Search. So Google is crawling your site without any issues. Since all the settings are fine please wait for some time for Google to crawl and index the rest of the URLs.

    Please note that it is completely up to Google if they want to index or not index your website. So, if all the settings are fine and Google still isn’t indexing your page – it means that either Google doesn’t want to index or hasn’t crawled your page yet because it hasn’t allocated that much crawl budget to your website.
