Can you please follow these steps?
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

Hello Jeremy! Thank you for advice! Did both steps.
– No caching (no cache plugins and Cloudflare is in development mode
– 201 pages saved
– permalinks just in case clicked- save
Unfortunately nothing was changed.. Even in incognito mode (no cookies) Still category and image sitemaps did not appear and page sitemap is empty (there are plenty of pages).
In addition to this sitemap_index.xml in google console giving message: couldn’t fetch 🙁
What do you suggest next?

Azib, I saw in the net that Rankmath could be not compatible with Jnews theme which I use/ Is it true?
I just upgraded to the latest and page sitemap disappeared at all, so now just post sitemap.

Please get in touch with your web host regarding this and they would be able to assist you in fixing the issue.
Once it is fixed, please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings > Categories, and temporarily enable the Include Empty Terms option and see if the category sitemap is shown in the sitemap list.

Even with one Rankmath plugin activated and default theme (instead of jnews) there are no category sitemap 🙁

Hello,
I’ve checked your site, and it seems that you have set the category pages to noindex in Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Post: Categories > Category Archives Robots Meta.
Please note that the sitemap only includes pages that are set to index:
https://rankmath.com/kb/url-not-in-sitemap/#num-1-the-page-is-set-as-noindex
However, I’ve already set them to index and your category sitemap is already showing.
