I can not download my Pro Version

    Hello, I have just booked a business account with RankMath as a subscription. With the following email address: f*@g*******************************. Unfortunately I can only download one “Free” plugin. I also did not receive a license number to license my plugin. Can you help me?

    It seems like you purchased the plan with some other email address.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account?

    I have now logged in with the new data on https://rankmath.com and still only the link to the download “free” is stored here! I still cannot download RankMath Pro
    What am I doing wrong?

    Hello,

    It looks like the purchase was made from your account linked to email ID i***@a*************

    You can log in using that ID at https://rankmath.com/my-account/

    Alternatively, you can reset your password from the same page as well.

    We can also merge your accounts if you prefer. We just need your preferred email ID for that and we will keep only that one active.

    Once you are logged in, please check this guide on how to activate your PRO license on your website: https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-upgrade-to-rank-math-pro/
